Adam: The diversity of study that I have received from The Ohio State University RT program is one of my favorite aspects of the curriculum. From therapy in a neonatal ICU to an adult ICU and from respiratory education to respiratory management, the faculty is outstanding in providing the knowledge and experience necessary to be successful in whichever area I choose.

Andy: "The Respiratory Therapy program at Ohio State has given me an opportunity to become apart of a profession that has a diverse scope of practice and a great need in the medical field."

JoLynn: "I love the patient care involved with Respiratory Therapy. I love being able to educate professionals and other people on the therapies we use and I love being able to help people improve something that usually comes so easy to us - breathing. The faculty here at OSU are very knowledgeable and are very willing to help and support you. A great thing about being in the program is the class size. Having a small class allows you to grow friendships with classmates and the faculty too. Another great part about the RT program at OSU is that you are able to get a well paying job in respiratory therapy while you’re still a student."
Sarah: The Respiratory Therapy program at Ohio State is one of the hidden secrets in Allied Medicine.  I have never before experienced faculty and staff with such devotion to the students and to the program.  Not only do I enjoy our classes and clinicals, but I also get to work at the Ohio State University Medical Center in the department of Respiratory Therapy.  I have experienced more in one year of RT than I have in my previous three years of college.  I am proud to be apart of such a prestigious program. Lauren: "Smaller classes help you get to know the other students and faculty so well that you feel like family. There are not many majors at Ohio State that you can have that feeling."

Riko: In our program, you can experience the real world doing clinicals while you are in school. Of course, you'll face some emotional situations, but your teachers will be there for you and discuss things until you feel better. I couldn't be doing this profession without help from my great teachers and wonderful classmates!

Jenny: "The RT program here at OSU is great. The small class sizes allow you to form great relationships with not only your classmates, but your professors as well. The professors make the program fun and interesting while still giving us the best education possible. The program also gives you a ton of hands on experience so that you feel prepared to enter the real world of RT."
