pre-determined.

If your college is NOT on the list, you can complete a
"Preliminary
Prerequisite Evaluation" form of transfer credits
to identify equivalent prerequisites.
You can complete the form

Applicants
with credits from other colleges and universities need
to assure that up-to-date, official transcripts with
the latest grade information are forwarded to the OSU
Professional Admissions Office as soon as they are
available. To be official, transcripts must be sent to
Professional Admissions directly from the institutions
attended. Non-OSU students should direct their
official transcripts be sent to:
