• RT @ OSU is a traditional baccalaureate undergraduate major, with 2 years of general studies emphasizing science followed by 2 years of RT courses including lots of clinical experience and the opportunity to develop specialized and leadership skills.  A bachelor's degree in RT requires 199 quarter credit hours. • Below is a suggested 4-year scheduling plan. This plan enables students to complete the prerequisite courses as well as most OSU General Education Curriculum requirements prior to beginning the RT major at the junior-level.  It presumes that students who follow this plan will enter the University with sufficient preparation to begin mathematics at the 148 level or above. • The Respiratory Therapy major curriculum is full time, highly structured with academic and clinical courses scheduled in sequence and offered once each year.  Each quarter is prerequisite to the next quarter.
