Perfusion Science Review Course ONLINE!


Streaming Video of faculty presentations of power point given at a previous review courses including.  Each video is approximately 1 hour.  Text and color graphics can be printed.  The practice exam mimics a testing center, except this gives an instant grade.

Topics include:
Cardiovascular Anatomy, Embryology, Congenital Defects, Respiratory Physiology, Respiratory Physiology 2, Perfusion Equipment, Routine CPB, Pediatric Perfusion, Coagulation for CPB, Pharmacology, Myocardial Preservation , Special CPB procedures

2. University policy requires that course material will be available for one month after the current ABCP exam dates.  Therefore additional reenrollments will be required at cost.
3.  The goal is to still offer the on site course at regular intervals.
4.  Topics covered include cardiovascular anatmoy, embryology and congenital/acquired cardiac pathologies, respiratory/renal anatomy and  acid base physiology, pediatric perfusion.
5.  This course is well regarded in the perfusion community and recommended by several program directors, please check with the individual program regarding opinions and outcomes.
