Professional Admissions Application

This application is appropriate for

• Current OSU undergraduate students applying to Circulation Technology, or another Professional Program in the School of Allied Medical Professions will use the Professional Admissions Application
• Transfer students who are completing all prerequisites at another institution and will transfer to OSU to begin the Circulation Technology Program or another Professional Program in the School of Allied Medical Professions should use the Professional Admissions Application.  If you are transferring to OSU to complete prerequisites please visit, http://undergrad.osu.edu/ to apply to The Ohio State University.  When you are ready to apply to the Professional Program you will use the Professional Admissions Application.
• If you are seeking a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Circulation Technology you will complete the Professional Admissions Application.
• Combined Master's Program applicants will use the Professional Admissions Application to apply to the Circulation Technology Division, or other Professional Program in the School of Allied Medical Professions.  You will also apply to the Graduate School separately.  For graduate school application please visit, http://gradadmissions.osu.edu/.  For additional information on this option please visit http://amp.osu.edu/grad_programs/
