GIVING TO HIMS - ONLINE OR THROUGH THE MAIL

If you would like to make a contribution to the division's development fund, you can do so by:

ONLINE:

1) Go to the University's website at http://giveto.osu.edu/index.asp

2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find and select the link that says: Online Giving

3) Select The School of Allied Medical Professions from the drop down box list of options

4) Scroll down to the box that says Indicate Special Instructions for Your Gift Below, such as Designating it in Honor of or in Memory of Someone and type "Gift goes to Med Records ADM Fund 307983".

MAIL:

Mail your gift to the address below, but be sure to designate that the gift is for the HIMS Development Fund (Med Records ADM Fund 307983):
