Applicants should read the School of Allied Medical Professions application instructions before applying. Prospective students will need to complete an online application, which is available from the OSU Professional Admissions website. Click on "Applications and Deadlines", then on the program.
Application deadline for Autumn Quarter 2008 admission is March 31, 2008.
A complete application includes all of the following:
§ School of Allied Medical Professions Admission Application and Schedule of Current Planned Courses to be completed
§ Personal Statement
§ Official and complete transcripts of each non-OSU college attended, sent directly from each institution.
Baccalaureate Degree Holders
Students who have a conferred baccalaureate degree at the time of admission are required to complete all GEC requirements (or acceptable equivalents) in addition to prerequisite courses and program requirements.
Transfer Students
Transfer students should contact the OSU Office of Professional Admissions at 614-292-9444 for an evaluation of transfer credits and advice about scheduling acceptable prerequisite courses at other institutions. Conversion of semester credits to quarter credits can be calculated by multiplying semester hours time 1.5.
