Biographical Information
Dr. Wolf directs the Medical Dietetics Division in the School of Allied Medical Professions. She is recognized as an outstanding educator. She is a nationally known speaker and researcher on the topic of dietetic education and allied health team management. She is a reviewer for the American Dietetic Association Journal and a member of the House of Delegates.
