Admission to the Medical Technology program is based on a combination of the following:

Overall academic achievement (cumulative GPA)

Strong academic performance in math, chemistry, and biology (science  
   GPA)

Knowledge of the field and laboratory experience, although not required, 
   are helpful in the admission process for certification students

NOTE: Completion of all admission criteria does not assure that the applicant will be selected for admission.  Our maximum enrollment is limited to 30 students in the certification track.

Students are required to have a minimum GPA of 2.50 to be considered for admission into any track.
