THOSE INTERESTED IN ANY OF OUR 4 TRACKS SHOULD READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION REGARDING THE APPLICATION PROCESS!
Each year the Medical Technology application window for the certification and graduate program opens on September 1 for admission to the program the following autumn. The Medical Technology program will accept all applications until the March 1 application deadline. If the division feels that we have not received enough qualified applicants from this initial applicant pool the applicant window MAY be held open beyond that date. Please check the link to the application below to view the current closing date for this application cycle.
Students interested in the medical science and MLT Atriculation tracks are welcome to apply any quarter, HOWEVER it is strongly recommended that you apply for autumn quarter admission. Our medical technology courses are highly sequenced and are tailored to those beginning in autumn.
For the certification and graduate tracks, all applications will be held until after the March 1st deadline and then the admissions committee will select the top candidates and offer them admission to the program. Graduate students should complete the application for the certification track and be sure to note in your personal statement that you want admission to the graduate program and submit your GRE scores to Professional Admissions.
For the Medical Sciences and MLT Articulation tracks the admissions committee will evaluate all applications as they arrive and make admissions decisions throughout the application period. In order to assure that your application is processed prior to the beginning of your quarter of desired enrollment you MUST apply and submit all necessary materials at least 90 days prior to the first day of the quarter you wish to start the program. Any application recieved in the Med Tech Division for review after this time is NOT guaranteed to be processed in time for the first day of class.
