Medical Technology:
A Career With Direction

The Ohio State University Medical Technology Program is pleased to offer MLT/CLT graduates the opportunity to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in 2 years or less. This will allow these MLTs to fulfill one of the requirements to become eligible for the national MT/CLS certification exams.

The MLT articulation track was developed to be completed on a full-time basis; however, part-time completion can also be accommodated as needed. Our program currently offers classes in the daytime only - no evening or weekend classes are available.

What you need to do:

Submit an application (link to application materials below) to the Medical Technology program. On the application form please check that you are interested in the MLT Articulation track.  Selecting this non-certification track DOES NOT imply that you will not be certification eligible, it just means that you will not need to complete all of the MT-related courses because of the experience and prior degree you bring to this program.

A completed application includes three things 1) the completed application form, 2) a personal statement, and 3) an experience record.  In addition, remember to have 2 copies of your transcipt from each insitution you attended sent directly to the OSU Professional Admissions Office.

Send all application materials to the following address:

We look forward to seeing you in the program.
