Students enrolled in the Certification track are required to take MT 589 during their final quarter of enrollment. MT 589 is a comprehensive final exam covering all medical technology courses taken in the program. This exam is set up as a mock registry exam and designed to prepare you for the real national certification exam that students will take after graduation.

Students must pass this test with an acceptable grade in order to graduate as a certification major. Details regarding this comprehensive exam are given once students have been admitted to the program. Any questions can be directed to Jessica Mantini at mantini.4@osu.edu.
