HIPAA, Infection Control and TB training modules are available. This training is required for your clinical courses.You can use this link and do the following:

  • Click on the Enter the Learn for Life System Here link (choose employee)
  • Enter the first 8 digits of your badge ID number for the Login ID
  • Enter your full last name as the password
  • Click on the CBLs to do to access the modules

Take the test and print it out; you will need 2 copies of this test: one for your permanent file in the OT Division office and one for your to keep to verify training in this area should you need this for Level II fieldwork.

 

Additional reading is available for your information. This is the annual infection control training that OSU Medical Center employees are responsible for completing. Disregard the memo portion of the link; there is good information on bioterrorism, airborne and bloodborne pathogens, SARS, etc.
