Biographical Profile
Theresa Berner is an occupational therapist and functions as a Rehabilitation Team Leader. She has over 15 years experience in seating and positioning. She is currently working at The Ohio State University Medical Center and is responsible for Assistive Technology and Specialty Programs for rehabilitation services. She has her certification in Assistive Technology Practitioner and is very involved in the field. She has completed several presentations on seating and positioning and spinal cord injury both locally and nationally including OOTA, AOTA, ISS, Medtrade, and RESNA
She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, The Ohio Occupational Therapy Association, and the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America.
