My professional experience has centered around meeting the needs of Adults with Developmental Disabilities in Residential, Community, and Day Habilitation settings. Areas of interest in this field include Staff Development and Education, Quality of Life, Sensory Processing and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Dysphagia, Environmental Adaptations, Adaptive Equipment and Wheelchairs. In addition to my duties at The Ohio State University, I maintain a private consultation practice in Central Ohio working primarily with adults who have Developmental Disabilities and with children who have visual impairments.
