Fun Facts
Teaching in the physical therapy graduate program and practicing in OSU’s Sports Medicine Center has allowed me to integrate foundational sciences and clinical practice in the classroom providing the student with a unique understanding of how research translates into patient care. In addition to clinical care, I direct the Sports Physical Therapy Residency and the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency programs within The OSU Medical Center, two of only a handful of such post-professional programs in the country. When I’m not working I enjoy volunteering for Ohio Special Olympics and traveling as often as possible. I recently returned from Japan where I enjoyed incredible sushi (actually on a bit better than here in Columbus), learned how to count to ten in Japanese and climbed Mt. Fugi.
