 Scholarly Activity:

My research interests focus on clinical education models, development and assessment.  I am working on a project that studies the outcomes with integrated clinical experiences.  I am also developing a tool to assess the effectiveness of clinical instructors.  Finally, I am working on a project to look at professionalism in students and new professionals.

Fun Facts:

I grew up in Columbus but moved away for 20+ years.  I lived in Philadelphia and most recently Cincinnati, where I began my physical therapy career.  I am married to another physical therapist and we have 2 young boys.  I used to be an avid scuba diver and traveled to fun places like Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and the Florida Keys to dive.  We hope to spark that interest in the boys as they get older.  For now, family vacations to the beach and Disney are great.  I have always been a huge Buckeye fan and my husband turned me into a big Duke fan as well!
