Application Procedures

Applicant's Checklist

• Admission Application form to be completed online
• Schedule of Current and Planned Courses
• Personal Statement (include description of your clinical specialty interests)
• Application/acceptance fee online payment, if you are not currently an OSU student
• Official transcript(s) sent to Professional Admissions from all non-OSU colleges/schools where any coursework was completed or is in progress (include any updated transcripts)
• Three (3) letters of reference
• A copy of current CPR certification
  

Graduates of hospital certificate imaging programs should submit transcripts directly to the Division of Radiologic Sciences and Therapy. (Any college transcripts should be sent to Professional Admissions for evaluation and processing.)

Imaging professionals who hold certification by the ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB and have either an associate's degree or a hospital certificate may apply for entrance into the Degree Completion Program.
