2020 Coronavirus

GIS can help people visualize information in a wide variety of fields, from agriculture and food supply to medicine and epidemiology. A case in point is this time lapse map showing the spread of coronavirus in Ohio. This map shows the spread of coronavirus by county in Ohio starting on March 15th, 2020.  Data for the map is downloaded from the Ohio Department of Health Coronavirus website.  The intent is to update this map each day.
