Working with others, I lead or contribute to the development and application of research-based information and resources that fuel improvements in the sustainability and resilience of vegetable production systems. I approach the process holistically, beginning with identifying key challenges and opportunities and asking how my expertise in crop physiology, familiarity with factors and processes governing crop yield and quality (including sensory properties and nutritional value), and experience as an educator can be leveraged to meet them.
